Receiving

All XCXSIC warehouse facilities are equipped with the highest level of physical and electronic security and have identical processes around the world. When product is received, all data is recorded and photographed for traceability and easy reference.

Inspection

Our certified Quality Engi neers are trained to inspect all aspects of the products – including packaging, labels and barcodes, markings, and dimensions to identify substandard components.

Testing

Our certified labs provide electrical testing, decapsulation and x-ray for comparison. All quality inspectors are ICE-3000 certified and trained in counterfeit awareness and detection

Logistics

XCXSIC is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. All of our shipments are tracked up to the minute, both internationally and domestic, and our packaging solutions ensure product is protected during transportation.
